Thanks a lot Virtual Oblivion, I would have llloved to do that one, but I've a time limit of five hours and it doesn't go well enough with the stupid 'caption' we were given . Thanks for your opinion though

Being an artist most of my life, I personally would paint the Iggy one.

Paintings and posters of Jimi have been done so many times yours (or mine if I were doing it) would be just another drop in the bucket. Much like renderings of Jim Morrison and Elvis and Marilyn Monroe have been overdone.

And I think Iggy would lend himself naturally to a monochrome (black and white) portrait. This photo sort of reminds me of Tim Curry. Yep, I would go with Iggy.

However, it you're looking at this whole thing as a learning experience, as a growing experience for an artist, skill-wise (the colors, facial expression, etc.) the Jimi Hendrix one would be more of a challenge.
