I've got a piano issue... what to do?

I'm joining a statewide competition at my school. It's in Texas. I'm a pianist, but I've got a weird situation...
I need to choose one piece out of 157... and I have no clue which one to choose. Here's the link to the list of pieces.

Normally, I would ask my teacher, but my real teacher stopped teaching piano because she's busy getting her masters degree... and now I'm stranded without a teacher to guide me. My new teacher is, well, new, so she doesn't know my level.
I was wondering if you guys could help choose a piece.

I'm studying the Faber Piano Adventures Series by Nancy and Randall Faber.level 3b
I'm studying the level 3 piano literature book, also compiled by by Faber.
I need to pick a piece HELP.

Well, anything by Chopin is gold. But my first choice would be Waltz in C-sharp minor (Op. 64) cause it's just a sad, beautiful piece. My second choice would be Waltz in D-flat major "Minute Waltz" (Op. 64) and third choice would be Polonaise in A major "Military" (Op. 40). And I didn't see the 3rd Movement of Moonlight Sonata on your list but that one's insane!
